i4C – update on business response to COVID-19

Given the emerging situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), i4C, a subsidiary of Invesco, is aligning to its global incident response and following the advice of the US CDC, the UK Government and International SOS.

As the situation stands today, and based on our preparedness and latest advice, we have no concerns regarding our ability to continue to provide our service to our customers.

To minimise any risk to colleagues and customers, we are taking the following precautions:

• i4C’s Bath office is closed as of 16 March, and staff are to work from home. Use of the office will be under constant review.
• We have cancelled any face-to-face meetings that would bring together people from multiple locations and are instead using video conferencing technology to perform these.

What are we doing to ensure we can continue to deliver a normal service ?

• As you will be aware i4C is an application that is web-enabled and that can be accessed by our users anywhere with an internet connection. So the current situation will not affect access to your account and client records on i4C.
• Internally we make extensive usage of remote working and collaboration capabilities (Slack, Zoom, Office 365) which means that we can fully support our customers as normal from any location
Government advice is continuing to evolve on a day-by-day basis, and we will provide further updates to our customers when the will be directly affected by a change in events.

The Coronavirus outbreak is proving to be a challenging time for the industry, but that won’t stop our exceptional team of experts from being on hand to help clients when they need it most. All of the i4C team are available via normal channels and can be contacted as needed.

Stay safe.
