i4C teams up with University of Bath with technology research project
16 January 2019
Technology is playing an increasingly important role in your business. There is now evidence showing that firms making full use of technology have more clients and more assets under advice than those that do not. Technology will also be a key enabler in ensuring that the advice gap between the number of financial planners in the industry and the number of individuals requiring advice can be closed.
Yet, implementation of technology within the industry does not always deliver expected benefits.
i4C are delighted to be working with a team of University of Bath Business Administration students to find out more. The research focuses on key factors which lead to successful software adoption within the financial planning and wealth management industry.
A survey will ask questions around influencing factors which may contribute towards successful software adoption.
The researchers will analyse the relevance of each factor towards successful adoption to draw conclusions for both academic and practical benefit. It is hoped that this research will help firms improve adoption of software to drive out the real benefits that can be achieved.
The survey not take longer than 10 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous. The survey can be accessed here. Please bear in mind that you can only take the survey once.
We really appreciate your insights.
